Thierry ,trotse papa van Berten en Emiel . Ben iemand die een beetje chaotisch door de dag huppelt ,maar met een doel : lekkers maken voor op tafel , in de auto , aan de picknicktafel en ga zo maar door . In een ver verleden hotelschool te Leuven gedaan ,thuis bij de ouders aan de slag in de zaak en met allerlei cultuurmixen aan de kookpotten gestaan en via verschillende omwegen in Hulsen terecht gekomen. En hier bouwen wij aan ons verhaal .
ONS BROODOns brood is gemaakt met desem
Wij hebben niets tegen klassiek gist , maar ons brood is gemaakt met desem . Gewoon iets boeiends desem, meel en water gaan het brood bespelen met smaak ,structuur en natuurlijke emoties . Speltdesem,Tarwedesem,roggedesem,gerstdesem,……een echte speeltuin.
